Many have asked me to make a hair tutorial, (and my previous one was getting outdated) so here is the second attempt.

Yet again, this is a very simple tut.
You may like it or not, and it's just the way I do it,
so read it as a reference. ;w; (everyone has their own (better) way to do things).

I hope it makes sense... I truly suck at explaining things... orz
